The Technology
Integra tracking units utilize GPS positioning technology alongside GPRS data transmission and can be configured as required to best suit your business.
Fleet Track Web
Web based vehicle tracking and fleet management allows multiple user password protected log on, online set up of reports, curfews, geofences, driver and asset tags
Fleet Track Stand Alone
Stand alone vehicle tracking and fleet management same as Fleet Track Web but for operators not requiring multiple log ons.
GritNav
GritNav provides a facility to control routes and systems of gritting trucks/fleets.
Drivers are guided by the sound-alike voice of “Kylie Minogue” to a combination of gritting routes by the control system.
Kylie’s voice tells the driver to perform operations relating to the rate of spread and will tell them if they are deviating from the prescribed route.
The system is the first in the UK to be designed to a Council’s precise specification.
Once route gritted, Kylie will tell operative to move on to the next one. It will also interrupt to tell driver to move directly to another route, for example in another area where it’s snowing more heavily or where the road conditions are worse.
It means drivers don’t have to worry about whether they are following the route precisely as GritNav takes care of that and ensures 100 percent consistency.
The system feeds information back to the central control unit, analysing the route over time and providing information that will be invaluable for future route planning, allowing optimising use of fuel, time and the salt required to keep roads gritted. The whole system is geared to being able to respond quickly and effectively to the latest conditions.
The system matches spread to the road conditions, with sensors feeding back precise information. It also allows for things such as obstructions to the route, caused by vehicles, marking that part of a route as ungritted and alerting the driver to the need to return and complete the job.

- Comms Kit - connects to Integra box and uses internal sim card for telephone calls instead of separate mobile phone.
- Trailer and asset tagging - allows reporting on what asset / trailer was dropped or collected where, when and by what vehicle. What asset is any vehicle carrying at a particular time, real-time route updates etc .
- Human asset tagging - allows reporting of what driver was driving what vehicle where and when, ideal for speeding and parking ticket disputes
- Temperature sensor - constant temperature monitoring of refrigerated transport with alarm alert
- Door monitor - constant monitor on doors and or fuel flap with alarm alert
- Panic button - alarm alert driver panic button liked to Integra box, raises alarm alert on map
- Canbus interface - Monitoring of on board vehicle information, accelerator and brake usage, fuel, water and oil pump etc help minimize maintenance
- On board equipment interface - monitoring of roadsweeper brushes for Aberdeenshire Council, monitoring of bin lifts for Renfrewshire and Perth & Kinross Councils, monitoring of road gritters for Aberdeenshire Council, monitoring of hydraulic hose crimps for Pirtek. In theory anyu onboard devise with a contact closure such as vehicle recovery lifts, tail lifts, hiab arms etc can be monitored.
Job Despatch Systems
Electronic job dispatch and signature capture linked with fleet management can quickly get the job allocated to the nearest operative and ensure signature delivery to base via personal digital assistant (PDA) or mobile data terminal (MDT)Sat Nav
Variety of satellite navigation syatems including Smartnav, the only sat nav with concierge dial up, Tom Tom and Navman. Can be supplied all inclusive dash top box or loaded onto relevand PDA such as the MDA, XDA etc.
Integra Voice
Integra uses it's communications background for Mobile Telecomms, Radiocomms and VOIP (voice over IP).
Lone Worker Protection
To comply with Lone Worker protection legislation. Benefon satellite tracked mobile phone with panic button, Indenticom satellite tracked device disguised as an ID card holder, Tilt Switch contained withing two way radio generates alarm if tilted beyond 45 degrees for a preset time.
Integra Vision
CCTV systems including digital recording and remote site viewing, media streaming of video information on to flat screen displays in public areas, taxis, buses etc.
